Technology is something which is not everybody's cup of tea. Many a time I have seen that people know little about world class products(incorporating new and novel technology), Useful information which is available with the help of technology etc. One of the reasons for the above problem is illiteracy (around 785 million adults worldwide are illiterate), but many of them who are illiterate use technology to enhance their knowledge and skills. Though literate people do not find much difficulty in using technology generally, but even all of them are also not aware of the bits of help which technology offers to them.
